Inhalt
Die Weltgesundheitsorganisation hat 2001 das Instrument ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health = Internationale Klassifikation der Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit) und das Konzept der funktionalen Gesundheit eingeführt. Mithilfe dieses Instruments soll der funktionale Gesundheitszustand und soziale Beeinträchtigung dargestellt werden. Dieser Vortrag beginnt mit einem Zeitstrahl der Entwicklung von Denkmodellen. Vertieft wird das Instrument ICF, eine physiotherapeutische Befundung als Basis jeglicher Behandlung.
